An Unexpected Suprise

Welp...I'm pregnant...again...for the second Christmas in a row....and we are TOTALLY excited...nervous but excited. Wow...that was a run-on sentence! I am about 4 months and I get to find our what I am having on the 2nd of January. I know I have been out of the "Blogging World" for a few months and now you can see why:). Obviously this was a bit unexpected, but we want more kids so, yea. My due date is May 27th, so Jersey and Baby Leavitt will be about 13-14 months apart. So Brooke...I'm gonna need some advice:). So much has been going on these last few months so get ready for some major blogging from the Leavitts.

If Hillary and Allysa read this I need your e-mails, you both went private and I had no idea. I need to see you and your cute kids.

Oh My Pampered Chef Retreat

I love Pampered Chef!! About a week ago, I went on a Retreat with some of my team members up at our cabin and let me tell you it was PHENOMENAL!! My Director Kelly Church (also my adoringly beautiful sister:)) put it all together. Basically what it was, was a training for a few days about different things concerning our Pampered Chef Business's. I could seriously have listened to Kell all weekend long, she is such a motivating person and could easily be a motivational speaker. We went for one night and two days and I seriously have not learned so much or laughed so hard in my whole entire life! The group that went was seriously freakin' funnier than funny. It was my first night away from little Jersey, and I did shed a few tears but I got to sleep in the next morning till 9:30 and let me tell you, it was glorious. I basically had the best break in about 6 mos. :) and I am so super happy that I went.

This is a pic. (above) of the everyone that came to the Pampered Chef Retreat. Todd (the funniest man alive) me, Lindsey (funniest girl alive), Edith (she knows EVERYTHING about anything) and Kelly (our fabulous director and the most motivating person I know.

Bay Turns Lucky #7

Miss B's birthday was actually August 20th but because I am a slacker-face I didn't get the pic's off my camera until now. Welp, our oldest is now numero 7! Can you believe it? I remember when she was 3 and so little and tiny and so very mature for her age. Seriously, time flies when you are livin life. For her b-day we had a small, intimate little gathering of me, Nathan and Jersey. We do parties on the even years when they start gettin a little older and on the odd years we do a little party with just our little fam. But little-miss-bay has so many people that just can't get enough of her that she wound up going out to eat like 4 times with all of her many grandparents! She ate twice at Texas Roadhouse...does this girl have good taste or what! Anyway, we love our Baylee-Boo and I can honestly say that my life would be boring without her. She is the best big sister and can't wait for us to have more kids:).

Okay...if you look super close, you can see that I am sweating...big time. The reason for that is little-miss-jers would close her eyes every time we took a picture with my camera (those pics will come later) and so Nathan and I were going inside the house and outside the house. Inside-outside-inside-outside!! SO finally my fabulous friend Dori took the pic with her exceptionally fabulous camera. And that is my sweating-for-a cute-smiling-picture-with-Jersey-story.

Cousins Galore

MY AMAZING AFFAIR

OKAY....I AM OBSESSED WITH THESE BOOKS!!! I had heard from several people that these books were fabulous and my hubby heard they were awesome too. So, being an avid reader myself, I got the first book, Twilight. I got through the first couple of pages and then "motherhood" called and I didn't get to it until the next day. HOLY-FREE-HOLY...I was up until 2 AM reading and I didn't want to stop. I finished it the next day at around midnight and I HAD to have the next book, New Moon. Nathan (being the wonderful husband he is) went to Walmart at 12:30 AM and got me the second novel. I proceeded to stay up the WHOLE ENTIRE NIGHT. I did not slept at all!!! I couldn't help it, it was like something took over my body and all it wanted was Bella and Edward! Needless to say, I was done with the second book in a day and of course I was itchin for the third. I went to two different book stores and I got the LAST Eclipse the store had. I read that one in less than a day! Basically, I finished the three books in three and a half days. I was pretty much worthless to my family and poor little Jersey...I probably looked like a vampire by the time I was done reading them. Wow, scary. For those of you who don't know me, I have pretty much loved to read ever since I could read THE END. My second home for awhile was the Mesa Public Library (who knew). I love reading just about everything!! However, I have never felt this way about a series before... I am so enthralled with Bella and Edwards lives that I can hardly go a few hours without thinking about them. Now I am going to whisper this in hushed tones... I may like this series a tiny bit better than Harry Potter!!! Ahhhh...can you even imagine. Although... I have been obsessed with Vampires for quite sometime. I own all 7 seasons of Buffy The Vampire Slayer...need I say more. Basically, anyone who has read these books and wants to have a major chat fest...I am totally up for it. For those of you who haven't, you are truly missing out on amazing writing and a fabulous story line. I am starting to re-read Twilight because I just miss the characters so dang much. The end of 2008 can not come quickly enough. I love you Bella and I love you Edward...THE END.

The Vaders

So, we had my nephews birthday and it was a Star Wars Theme (obviously) and they had a pinata in the shape of...you guessed it :)...Darth Vadar. So here we have Nathan Vadar, Ashlie Vadar , Baylee Vadar and Jersey Vadar. My favorite is Jersey Vadar...so scary and intimidating. And P.S. I know i haven't posted for forever. What can I say, I am a total slacker-face:).

Precious Angel

So when Jersey was about 3-4 weeks old we got some pics of her...Lara Ellingson took them and they turned out F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! In about 90% of them, good ol' Jersey has her tongue stickin out but what else is new. There are some of THE sweetest pictures of her and I know I am totally "picture happy" but I just can't help it....grin, I had to share.

What A Tonguerful World

JERSEY LOVES STICKIN OUT HER TONGUE! As you can see this girl has had many a photo shoots and I must say that the tongue is a big part of the shoot. My bro says she has it out all the time cuz it's too big for her mouth...grin. I think it's her way of lettin people know that she is open for kisses...grin. Either or, I think it's pretty dang stinkin funny. Good ol' Jersey, she's always good for a laugh.

Hailed From Utah

So Dane and his wife Mallory came down from Utah to visit and to come for Jersey's blessing. This was the first time Dane got to see my lil' one and I must say that it was love at first sight. I think they make THE cutest couple. It was super fun to have Dane back in town...I miss him soooo much, and Mallory too...grin.

Jersey Lynette Leavitt had her Baby Blessing Sunday, the 3rd of June. It was such an amazing experience. Jersey looked so beautiful if I do say so myself. I was a little stressed out the day before cuz I wanted everything to go smoothly and wouldn't you know it that as soon as sacrament got started she started to cry her little squeaky cry, it was so adorable and a little sad. She eventually got over it and only cried a bit during the blessing. I have realized that with the babes, you gotta roll with watever...grin. Nathan gave her the sweetest blessing, he is such an amazing father. All my family was there (except Jaime...we missed you) and Nathans fam and some friends too. My brother Dane and His wife Mallory came down from Utah for the blessing...Jersey felt to special...grin. It was the first time he had seen Jersey and their first meeting was super cute. Anyway, after her blessing, we had a get together at our place and it was way fun to have all of our fam and friends together for a afternoon of fun...it did get a little crazy at the end, but what Leavitt party doesn't end that way. All in all, Jersey dod great and by the end of the day, she was exhausted.

BIG SISTER

Baylee is THE BEST big sister. She is always telling Jersey that she is "just too cute for her own good" and is the best helper to me. Bay wants to be involved in bathing her and changing her diaper (can you imagine...grin) and will get me whatever I ask her. If I drew up the perfect daughter, it would be Baylee. I got too lucky with this one.

Vamping

Ok... if you've seen the T. V. show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, then you will know what "vamping" is...grin. This is Jersey's first vamp. Isn't she too cute. I was soooo proud of her, i mean i was a little nervous. It was her VERY first vamp, but, in the end, she succeeded. Okay...I know, a little obsessed but i LUVED the show...I own all the seasons on DVD.:). Anywho, all of you with cute buddles of joy must try vamping with your kids, it's fun and silly and it will make you die laughing. Heck, anything Jersey does makes me laugh. Let me know how it goes...grin.

Ugly Smiles

One of the things that I just luv about Nathan, is his "willingness" to be silly with me. He is so easy going and chill that it cracks me up when he does silly faces like this with me. Man, this boy has come along way...grin. We seriuosly just laugh all the time and heck, if you can't laugh at yourself, then what the heck can ya do?

So, I freakin love my family. As you can see, our sillines literally comes from the parents, without them, we, the kids, would be nothing...grin.
And Jazz-man Durney...well, she is like an honorary Bjorklund because of all the family trips she has been on lately. Plus she is one of THE funniest people i know. You really must meet her, she will make you fall off the floor, roll round and cry with laughter. Funny girl.
